Guarantee/Warranty

All items carry a 30-day no questions asked, money-back guarantee. (Actually, we'll probably ask why, but only so we can serve you better in the future and best address any issues you may have.) Reeds, strings, drumheads, special orders, and shipping expenses are not included in this 30 day policy. Instruments with reeds, strings, and drumheads are covered -- it is just these individual items that aren't. Items must be returned in like new condition with all original materials included -- warranty cards, etc.

Some items have longer warranties from the manufacturer. Typically the manufacturer's warranty only applies to defects in materials and workmanship. Check with the manufacturer for details of their warranty.

Contact us immediately for items damaged in transit. Do NOT send them back unless requested.

Due to how easily reeds, strings, and drumheads can be damaged by improper use (use of rings or sharp objects on drumheads for instance), we must be notified within 3 days of receipt if they are damaged.

We cannot accept used reeds, harmonicas, or other wind blown instruments that cannot be fully sterilized back for a refund or exchange due to health laws. Defective harmonicas must be sent directly to the manufacturer for repair.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges in both directions. In many circumstances, the actual original shipping costs exceed what we pass on to our customers. In such cases, the full shipping cost will be deducted from any refund.
