Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Central Standard Time. Orders that are placed weekends, holidays and orders placed after 3:00pm on weekdays will start the processing procedure the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fully processed. Emails will be answered in the order received; please allow a full business day for a reply.
Prices
All prices shown are in US$. If buying from outside the US, contact your credit card company to determine what exchange rate they use and any associated costs for currency conversion. While we make every attempt to have accurate prices and information on the web site, we are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices may change at any time without prior notification. While rare, you will be contacted about any price increases on an order for your approval before charging and shipping the order.
Variations in Instruments
While we try very hard to accurately represent what we sell, instruments may vary slightly from their pictures and descriptions. All sizes are approximate. Variations occur due to the unique coloration of wood and animal skins, as well as many items being made by hand. These are natural, desirable variations that help to make every instrument unique and interesting.
Special Orders
Special Orders typically take much longer than our normal items. We've done our best to show actual delivery times for these items, but times will vary. Special order items also require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining charges will not be charged to your credit card until the item ships. Special orders are not refundable, exchangeable or cancelable. All manufacturers’ warranties, of course, still apply.
International Orders
Many of our items are too large to ship internationally. For these, the shipping charges frequently exceed the price of the instruments themselves. We reserve the right to reject any international orders. If we cannot ship an item, we will let you know as soon as possible, or e-mail us in advance and ask. Virtually all small items and some medium sized items can be shipped. For many countries, a guitar is too large to ship, for others it is about the maximum size that we can ship. Sitars, drum sets, Veena, Tubas, string basses and other large items cannot be shipped internationally, except to Canada.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a damaged shipment, please email Apollo’s Axes within 24 hours after delivery so we can place a claim with the shipping company and help get your item(s) replaced.
Cancellations
Just email us with your order information before your order ships and we will cancel your order for you before it leaves the warehouse. Once and order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled and will have to be handled through our return policy. Orders that ship direct from the manufacturer can only be cancelled if the Manufacturer is able to stop the shipment before it is picked up by the carrier.
Secure Online Ordering
All of our orders are processed through secure shopping cart services provided by Netsuite. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to scramble credit card information between the customer's web browser and the Netsuite server. We are also Security Metrics Certified.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Apollo’s Axes does not sell or distribute any customer information to third parties. Manufacturers that are shipping direct to the customer will be provided with information for shipping purposes only.
Limited Quantities
Some products, including those identified as Sales, Deal of the Day and Limited Quantity items may be limited to stock on hand and are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Duties, Taxes and Gifts
Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
