We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and money orders (must be an international money order payable in US$ for international customers. We do NOT accept personal checks.
When paying by credit card, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Please note that there will be an authorization done immediately to validate the order and assist in verifying non-fraudulent use of the credit card. While this may appear on an electronic credit card statement as an Authorization, Temporary Charge, or Pending Charge, this is NOT an indication that your card has been charged. This will not appear on any credit card statements and you will not be charged interest by your credit card company for this. When using a debit card, some banks will go ahead and take the funds out at this time. This is out of our control and the funds are NOT in our possession at that time.
Credit Card orders must be shipped to the credit card billing address. All orders are checked for valid billing address and zip code, as well as a valid CVV code. The CVV code is the last 3 or 4 digits on the signature line on the back of the card. These checks are done to protect the use of your card and prevent fraudulent use of your card.
Some international credit cards do not support billing address checks and/or CVV code authentication. In these cases, we will require that you send us images of both sides of the card as well as a signed copy of the order. If this happens on your order, we will notify you via e-mail. You do not need to worry about this in advance. We apologize for this inconvenience, but if your credit card issuer does not support standard anti-fraud measures, we must have some other method to verify the legitimate use of the credit card. Many Internet retailers refuse to accept international orders for this reason. We do not want to penalize our international customers in this way, but we still must be vigilant in avoiding any fraud. You may refuse to provide this information, but we will have to cancel the order in that case.
For international orders, currency exchange rates are determined by your credit card company, as are any fees that may be imposed for currency exchange. Contact your credit card issuer for any details on this. We charge everything in US$ and are not involved in the currency exchange process.
