Warranty Information
All items under warranty that need attention need to be processed through the manufacturer. Your warranty is with the Manufacturer and not with Apollo’s Axes.
Typically the manufacturer's warranty only applies to defects in materials and workmanship. Check with the manufacturer for details of their warranty.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less a 15% restocking fee & shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and include manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, intact packaging, etc. The original packaging also MUST be unmarked and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Clearance items may only be exchanged. Items received after the 30-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. Some items are NOT returnable for heath reasons. (See Final Sales) Any instrument that is priced at or above $1999.00 must be returned within 10 days of shipment. International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.
Final Sales
The following items are returnable only if defective OR if they come in an unopened package and are returned unopened: strings, reeds, tubes, mouthpieces, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, wind instruments, harmonicas, drumheads, drumsticks, special orders and any other like items. These items may be returned for credit only if they come contained in and are shipped back to us in their original, sealed packaging. For items that do not come in sealed packages this option does not apply. If defective, these items will only be exchanged for the same product only. Otherwise all sales on these items are Final. Products that have already been assembled may not be returned.
Procedure for Returns
Carefully pack up your item. Make sure to include all parts and paperwork that came with your product (i.e., directions, warranty card, etc). You can use the original (or similar) box and make sure to seal in properly. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance of your package to Apollo’s Axes. Place a copy of your invoice or email confirmation inside the box that includes: your name, order number and the reason for return. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. If the item that is being returned is a gift, a gift certificate with the store credit amount will be issued. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original merchandise. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Procedure for Exchanges
Please include a note with size, style, design and any other helpful information about the item you are exchanging for, within the package being returned. Use the original (or similar) box. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event that an item you requested, within the exchange process is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable and exchanges are subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Damaged and Incorrect Orders
If it seems the item(s) you ordered were damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can place a claim with our shipping provider or the manufacturer. All items that are damaged or defective will be replaced by Apollo’s Axes. In some cases there may only be a need for replacement parts to be shipped. Please notify Apollo’s Axes within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item. Write “package damaged” when you sign for delivery if possible, and delivery may be refused. If the wrong item was sent to you in error we will pay for return freight, and replace the product immediately. Please contact info@apollosaxes.com for a shipping label.
